How much is shipping ?

Delivery is free on our entire site right now!

Do I need to be present to receive my package?

No, useless!

Your postman is responsible for delivering your package directly to your mailbox.

If you choose Colissimo or Chronopost as the delivery method, it is preferable to be present.

What is the delivery delay ?

As soon as your order is dispatched, count 1 to 5 days of delivery for France. For foreign countries, the delay can be up to 10 days depending on your country.

Do not panic !

We have 2 workshops for manufacturing and preparing your orders. It is sometimes necessary to make two different shipments, at no additional cost. :)

How to track my order ?

Once your order has been dispatched, we send you by email or SMS depending on what you have chosen, a link to track your order.

How can I leave a review?

Following your order, you will receive an email asking you to leave your opinion.

Otherwise, you can do so by going to the page of the product you purchased, and leaving your review at the bottom.

This allows us to have 100% authentic reviews.

Remember to fill in the same e-mail address as when placing your order!

How to make a return?

You have the right of withdrawal of 14 days for the products concerned.

To return them to us, simply read the instructions in your confirmation email, and slip the return form into your package in order to be reimbursed.

What payment methods are offered?

We accept payment by credit card, and PayPal.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can modify it within 30 minutes of its validation.

For this contact us directly via our social networks for a fast service.

How can I use a discount code or voucher?

After validating your basket, you will go to the payment stage where a field allows you to add your promotional code or the voucher.

Please note that discount codes cannot be combined.

What material are your cases made of?

Our cases are made of silicone! They are printed in ULTRA HD. We are the only ones to benefit from such print quality for Made in France products.

Where are your products made?

The majority of our products are made in France! This is particularly the case for our shells and grips. We manufacture them in 2 different workshops, in France.

Are the products guaranteed?

Yes, you benefit from the legal guarantee of 2 years, from your date of purchase.

Can we add emojis/smileys on personalized products?

Yes of course !

Attention: they will be adapted according to our system. They may therefore be slightly different from those requested.

What color will the outline of my case be?

Our contours are made of transparent silicone.

Are the shells easy to install and remove?

In just 2 movements, you can change your shell!

Do the cases protect against scratches and bumps?

Completely !

We tested them in several more or less rare daily situations, they passed all of our tests .

Do the cases have cutouts for ports and buttons?

Of course !

All La Coquerie phone cases are adapted to the models available. Whether for the dimensions, as for the spaces dedicated to the buttons, and the location of the charger.

Do the cases have a grip for a better grip?

Yes (except transparent)

We add a seized edge on the La Coquerie cases to allow a better grip and a flawless grip to avoid falls.
